As one of the most beautiful fishing villages in China, Haosail Machinery has established project cooperation with Weitou Village, Quanzhou, Fujian Province, including five round aquaculture cages with a circumference of 60 meters, as well as mooring anchor, mooring chain, cable and other connection accessories for cage mooring. Haosail provides 5-year warranty and on-site assembly guidance services.
And on December 28, 2022, Guangzhou Shipbuilding International, a subsidiary of China Shipbuilding Group, held the commencement ceremony for the 120 meter long aquaculture tourism platform built by Fujian Mintou Deep Sea Aquaculture Equipment Leasing Co., Ltd. Lei Xiaoquan, deputy county head of Hui’an County, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, and Hui’an special staff, Mr. Ye Tao, general manager of Fujian Mintou Deep Sea Aquaculture Equipment Leasing Co., Ltd., Mr. Ye Quanfu, general manager of Fuzhou Branch of China Classification Society Industry Co., Ltd., and Dr. Sheng Songwei, Guangzhou Energy Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences, attended the ceremony through network connections. Members of Nansha Inspection Office of Guangzhou Branch of China Classification Society and Guangzhou Shipbuilding International Project Team attended the commencement ceremony.
It is reported that the platform is 120 meters long, 42 meters wide and 29 meters high. The aquaculture water body is about 65520 cubic meters, which is suitable for aquaculture and recreational fishery activities in the sea area with a water depth of 20 meters to 100 meters.
The platform can accommodate up to 250 people for recreational fishing and tourism activities, including 92 accommodation tourists. It is equipped with 40 sets of tourist rooms, leisure restaurants, recreation rooms, children’s activity rooms and other recreational fishing and tourism facilities, equivalent to a 10 storey marine star hotel. It is one of the largest and most luxurious breeding and tourism platforms under construction in China.
The platform will also be equipped with photovoltaic power generation system, professional breeding equipment and digital fishery system. After completion, it will serve the construction of deep-sea intelligent aquaculture fishery in Fujian Province, provide green and environment-friendly intelligent solutions for the transformation and development of traditional fisheries, and contribute to the strength of Guangzhou ships to accelerate the construction of “offshore Fujian” and promote the high-quality development of marine economy.
Haosail machinery will try to take part in this project with its experience in the cooperation with Weitou Village.
