“Zhenbao No. 1” is a deep and open sea mechanized breeding platform jointly developed by Shanghai Zhenhua heavy industry (Group) Co., Ltd. and Fujian Zhongxin Yongfeng Industrial Co., Ltd. and built by Qidong ocean company. The total cost of the project is about 10million yuan, which is mainly composed of five parts: floating structure, breeding cage, upper frame, underwater frame and mechanical lifting device. It can resist the attack of typhoons from force 12 to force 15, and can accommodate nearly 5000 abalone breeding boxes. It is estimated that a single abalone will produce about 12 tons of abalone per year. “Zhenbao 1” is equipped with advanced functions such as remote monitoring system, water quality monitoring system and red tide protection system. Taking full account of the rich natural resources at sea, the wind power generation system is introduced, which provides green power, energy conservation and environmental protection for abalone breeding. It solves the disadvantage of poor wind and wave resistance of the traditional breeding mode, and can expand the existing offshore breeding area to deep and Far Seas. In response to the national coastal environmental protection policy, through mechanized means, it can effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the breeding efficiency.
