On September 1, the first batch of large yellow croakers produced by the world’s first 100000 ton intelligent fishery large-scale aquaculture vessel “Guoxin 1” came into the market. This time, about 65 tons of live fish will be caught on the spot, and ice slurry will be used to lock the fresh and cold chain transportation, reaching the people’s table at the first time.
Different from the traditional method of catching large yellow croaker in the cage, the fishing boat transfers the swimming large yellow croaker in the cabin to the dormant pool through the fish suction pump and conveyor belt to quickly cool down, sleep and lock the fresh. The whole process is automated, traceable and full of technology.
The first large yellow croaker to be caught has been cruising and grazing for a long time in the far-reaching sea 100 nautical miles offshore. According to environmental factors such as water temperature, it has a beautiful strip shape, golden belly and jade fin, which is comparable to the quality of wild large yellow croaker. It is rich in protein, calcium, amino acids, omega-3 and other trace elements.
The large yellow croaker caught this time is the first batch of products of “Guoxin 1” since it was delivered and put into operation this year. This is the world’s first 100000 ton intelligent fishery large-scale aquaculture worker ship. China has completely independently designed, developed and built it, creating many international precedents.
This is a mobile “ocean Ranch”. From the entry of fish fry into the cabin, feeding and breeding to the fishing, processing and transportation, a fishery breeding and processing plant is built on one ship.
This is the “Chinese sample” of deep and distant sea aquaculture, which will push the aquaculture area from the nearshore to the deep and distant sea, and shift from the traditional agricultural operation mode to large-scale modern industrial production.
“Guoxin-1” has a water displacement of 130000 tons and a load capacity of 100000 tons. It has 15 aquaculture tanks and a aquaculture water body of nearly 90000 cubic meters. It can achieve an annual output of 3700 tons of high-quality fish and 650 tons of high-quality protein, exceeding the annual catch of Chagan Lake. The ship adopts the mobile aquaculture mode. On the basis of effectively avoiding natural risks such as typhoons, it carries out cruise aquaculture in China’s far-reaching sea according to the water temperature and environment suitable for the growth of Pseudosciaena crocea in different seasons, so as to realize the sustainable supply of high-value fish such as Pseudosciaena crocea all year round.
Since the delivery and operation of “guoxin-1”, more than 3 million fry have been put into the cabin, with a total voyage of more than 3000 nautical miles. The information of 2108 measuring points on the whole ship is used to centrally control and monitor the water, oxygen, light, feed and fish in 15 aquaculture cabins in real time. The aquaculture density is 4-6 times that of traditional cages, and the aquaculture cycle can be shortened by more than 1 / 3.
At present, Guosen group is accelerating the iterative upgrading of the industrial ship industry, starting the design of 2-1, 2-2 industrial ships and 300000 ton super large aquaculture industrial ships. In the next five years, we will invest in the construction of 50 aquaculture vessels one after another, forming a far-reaching marine aquaculture industry chain with a total tonnage of more than 10 million tons, an annual output of 400000 tons of various types of marine fish, and an annual output value of more than 50 billion yuan, and building a national “blue granary” at sea.
