Types of copper alloy net

The types of copper alloy net can be divided into brass (copper zinc system), white copper (copper nickel system) and bronze according to the material composition; According to the production method of net, it can be divided into tensile net, oblique net, welded net and woven net. Brass alloy (copper zinc system) is a copper zinc binary alloy with zinc added and a multi-element brass with other small element alloys such as nickel, silicon and tin added in addition to zinc; White copper alloy (copper nickel system) is a copper alloy with nickel as the main alloy element, and on this basis, a third element such as zinc, manganese, iron and aluminum is added; Other copper alloys are collectively referred to as bronze alloys. Copper alloy stretching mesh is made of metal plate as raw material, through punching and cutting out a certain length of elongated slits with a certain spacing, and then stretching and flattening; Copper alloy oblique square mesh is made of many metal wires as raw materials, which are continuously looped through the process of paying off, bending and spiral insertion; The copper alloy welding net is formed by placing the metal wires in the direction of warp and weft to form a certain size of mesh, and then welding and fixing the wire at the intersection; Copper alloy braided mesh is made of many metal wires in the horizontal and vertical directions closely crossing each other at a certain distance.

At present, the copper alloy net used in the cage of marine aquaculture in China is mainly made of ur30 material, including the inclined square net of semi flexible structure and the tensile net, woven net and welded net of rigid structure. Among them, the copper alloy oblique square net is widely used. Its multiple copper wires are hung in parallel and have a wave like structure. The box formed by it has the advantages of strong strain capacity under the sea current conditions, not easy to break, convenient connection between nets, single axial winding of nets, and convenient transportation; The disadvantage is that the net connection point formed by hooking is movable. Under the action of waves and currents in the sea, the mesh connection point is always in a moving and frictional state, so that the oxidation protection film formed on its surface is constantly abraded and the damage at the mesh connection point is accelerated. As the copper alloy stretching net is a metal plate surface with various hole shapes formed by the copper alloy plate through one-time punching and stretching, it has the advantages of stable mesh, firm structure and no contact and moving wear between nets. Its net cage has been demonstrated and applied in some coastal areas of China; The disadvantages are that the connection between the mesh sheets is complex, and it is difficult to install and construct the box body, and the strain capacity of the rigid structure box body under the sea current condition is poor. However, due to the rigid characteristics of copper alloy woven net and welded net, they have the same disadvantages as tensile mesh, and because their mesh junction points are active and fragile, including the disadvantages of oblique mesh, the copper alloy net cages of these two structures are less used in seawater aquaculture.

Haosail’s new copper alloy net has the advantages of anti-biological adhesion, high wear resistance/tensile strength etc which can

1. extend the service life to 10 years

2. save 90% maintenance cost

3. increase 20% fish output
